The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs approved four projects by the Ministry of Railways costing approximately Rs. 9,450 crore. These projects will cover eight districts in West Bengal, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh, expanding the railway network by about 410 Kms.
