As per the regulatory filing, PI Health Sciences has completed acquisition of 100% shareholding in Therachem Research Medilab (India), from its previous shareholders - Therachem Research Medilab LLC, an entity incorporated in Alabama, United States of America (TRM US), Pooran Chand and Namita Bansal.

The company's arm has also completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Solis Pharmachem, from TRM US and Atul Agarwal.

Further, PI Health Sciences' step down subsidiary, PI Health Sciences USA, LLC has acquired certain identified assets of TRM US.

PI Industries operates in the domestic agricultural inputs and custom synthesis manufacturing (CSM) exports segments. It is a leading player in the domestic agricultural inputs sector, primarily dealing in agrochemicals and plant nutrients.

The company reported 37% rise in net profit to Rs 280.6 crore on a 12% increase in revenue to Rs 1,565.6 crore in Q4 FY23 as compared with Q4 FY22.

Shares of PI Industries rose 0.88% to Rs 3,513 on the BSE.
