Among the components of the S&P BSE Consumer Durables index, Voltas Ltd (down 2.34%), Bajaj Electricals Ltd (down 1.97%),Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd (down 1.73%),Whirlpool of India Ltd (down 1.61%),Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd (down 0.84%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Havells India Ltd (down 0.39%), Titan Company Ltd (down 0.34%), and Sheela Foam Ltd (down 0.04%).

On the other hand, Amber Enterprises India Ltd (up 0.94%), Dixon Technologies (India) Ltd (up 0.33%), and Rajesh Exports Ltd (up 0.29%) turned up.

At 13:45 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 96.94 or 0.15% at 62751.7.

The Nifty 50 index was down 35.25 points or 0.19% at 18599.3.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 35.35 points or 0.11% at 31420.48.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 0.67 points or 0.01% at 9650.44.

On BSE,1762 shares were trading in green, 1681 were trading in red and 134 were unchanged.
