The initial public offer of A-One Steels India Ltd IPO received bids for 1,00,01,396 units as against 73,84,934 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:59 IST on Friday (25 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 1.35 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 24 September 2026 and it will close on Monday, 28 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 385 per share to 405 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 37 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 355 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 50 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 405 crore.
