The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 and it will close on Friday, 25 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 350 per share to 375 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 40 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 300 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 300 crore.
