The initial public offer of Adroit Industries (India) Ltd IPO received bids for 1,39,22,95,200 units as against 78,72,900 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:59 IST on Friday (25 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 176.85 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 and it will close on Friday, 25 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 126 per share to 134 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 111 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 132 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 18 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 150 crore.
