Bikaji Foods International has made an additional subscription of 2,90,000 shares of Common Stock of $ 10 each, amounting to $ 29,00,000 in its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, Bikaji Foods International USA Corp ('Bikaji USA') on 04 July 2026.

There is no change in the shareholding percentage of the Company in the Bikaji USA, pursuant to the additional subscription.
