The Paid-up Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 29,99,49,800/- consisting of 2,99,94,980 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 30,00,70,800/- consisting of 3,00,07,080 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
