Titan Company Limited announced it has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Canada named Titan Company Canada Inc., with a share capital of 5000 Canadian dollars. The company stated the subsidiary will carry on the business of jewellery retailing and other lifestyle businesses, and Titan Company Limited will hold 100% of the shares.
