Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, or POWERGRID, announced that Shri Akhilesh Pathak has been appointed as Director (Projects) w.e.f. September 30, 2026, for a period until May 31, 2028, or until further orders, as per an order from the Ministry of Power. Shri Burra Vamsi Rama Mohan relinquished the additional charge of Director (Projects) upon Shri Pathak’s assumption of the role, and Shri Pathak, who was previously Executive Director, OSD (Projects) at POWERGRID, is not related to any other directors or key managerial personnel.
