The Board of NTPC has approved the appointment of Anil Kumar Trigunayat (DIN: 07900294), as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company on 17 April 2025 for a period of one year w.e.f. the date of notification of the aforesaid order or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
