Interarch Building Solutions Limited, formerly Interarch Building Products Limited, announced that the board approved a change in designation for Mr. Arvind Nanda, who will transition from Managing Director to Whole-Time Director designated as “Executive Chairperson” effective November 5, 2026, for a five-year term subject to shareholder approval.
