Eternal Limited, formerly known as Zomato Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 4,179,012 stock options to eligible employees under the Foodie Bay Employee Stock Option Plan 2014, the Zomato Employee Stock Option Plan 2021, and the Zomato Employee Stock Option Plan 2024, covering 5,049,882 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each and an exercise price of Rs 1 per stock option.
