Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. announced the appointment of Shveta Arya as Group Chief Strategy Officer, effective September 15, 2026. Arya, who previously served as Managing Director of Cummins India Limited, will report to Dr. Anish Shah, Group CEO & MD, Mahindra Group, and will be part of the Group Executive Board. According to a press release, Arya’s role will focus on identifying growth opportunities and driving long-term strategic advantage across Mahindra’s diverse businesses.
