Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 25,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures, having a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 per Debenture aggregating to Rs. 250 crore on private placement basis, to identified investors on 20 February 2026.
