The offer includes a reservation of up to 23,285,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each, aggregating up to Rs48.90-Rs53.56 crores (Constituting up to 0.50% of the post-offer paid-up equity share Capital) for subscription by eligible employees ("Employee Reservation Portion") and a reservation of up to 46,570,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs97.80-Rs107.11 crores (Constituting up to 1.00% of the post-offer paid-up Equity Share Capital) for subscription by eligible shareholders ("Shareholder Reservation Poriton"). The offer less the employee reservation portion and the shareholder reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer".
