The pre-ipo placement, was made to SBI Emergent India Fund, DSP India Fund - India Long/Short Strategy Fund with cash management option, SBI Optimal Equity Fund - Long Term, and Think India Opportunities Master Fund LP at a price of Rs123.97 per equity share bearing face value Rs10/- each, decided by the company, in consultation with the brlms.while the amount raised pursuant to the pre-ipo placement was reduced from the fresh issue, as disclosed in the udrhp - I, the company has increased the size of the fresh issue such that the revised size of the fresh issue is [*] equity shares bearing face value of Rs10/- each aggregating up to Rs670.00 crores. The pre ipo placement, did not exceed 20% of the size of the fresh issue, as disclosed in the udrhp-I. The company has appropriately intimated the subscribers to the pre-ipo placement, prior to allotment pursuant to the pre-ipo placement, that there is no guarantee that the company may proceed with the offer or the offer may be successful and will result into listing of the equity shares on the stock exchanges. Further, relevant disclosures in relation to such intimation to the subscribers to the pre-ipo placement have beenappropriately made in the relevant sections of this red herring prospectus and shall be made in the relevant sections of the prospectus.
