Profit before tax (PBT) of Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd stood at Rs 2.32 crore in Q2 FY26, tanking 105.39% year-on-year, and nosediving by 111.20% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 32 crore, plunging by 461.70% YoY and rallying 38.39% sequentially. Total expenses softened by 1.07% to Rs 684.23 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 434.13 crore, advancing by 16.70% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 118.2 crore, improving by 10.81% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations eased 3.78% to Rs 2575.49 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 26.18% to Rs 86.31 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 1839% to Rs 34.38 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 6.80% to Rs 117.48 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 72.29 crore in FY26, as against Rs 66.03 crore in FY25. Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd declined 7.72% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.64% during the same period.
