The Scheme of Amalgamation: -
Upon the Scheme becoming effective and in consideration of the Amalgamation of Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited into Simran Wind Project Limited, Simran Wind Project Limited shall issue and allot Equity Shares to the shareholders of Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited in the following share exchange ratio:
“01 (One) equity share of Rs.2/- each Fully Paid Up of Simran Wind Project Limited for every 01 (One) equity Share of Rs.2/- each held in Techno Electric & Engineering Company Limited.
